Mifiesta.com ORDERS

Orders of in-stock merchandise ship from our Atlanta, GA warehouse and will arrive at US locations within five business days from receipt of your order. We will notify you by email of any anticipated delays.

YOUR SHIPPING COST

Please follow these steps to find out the shipping cost of your order:
1. Add the item(s) to your shopping cart and click the "Check Out" button.
2. Enter your shipping address, choose your shipping method and click the "Continue" button.

Automatically it will be displayed the shipping cost. You will not need to enter any payment information in order to know your shipping cost.



TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Usually, we will ship your order the next business day you place your order and we will send you an email with your tracking number so you can track your order. Please allow 24hrs so you can see the status of your order placed by UPS.

If you haven't received an email with your tracking number by the third day you placed your order, please send an email to bmolina@mifiesta.com



SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Usually an order ships from our warehouse the business day after it is received.

Delivery Dates of UPS:

1. Next Day Air: Guaranteed delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or the end of next business day depending on location. Delivery by noon or 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays.

2. UPS 2nd Day Air: Guaranteed on-time delivery to all states of the U.S. by the end of the second business day.

3. UPS 3 Day Select: Guaranteed delivery within three business days to and from every U.S. address in the 48 contiguous states.

4. UPS Ground: Guaranteed day of delivery from all addresses in the 48 contiguous states of the U.S. to every address in the 48 contiguous states, usually the package takes between 5 to 7 business days to be delivered.



SHIPPING TO PUERTO RICO

Customers in Puerto Rico: Please select "Ship to Puerto Rico" as the shipping method and we will contact you in order to let you know your actual shipping quote. Usually we ship via United States Postal Service (USPS)to Puerto Rico.



SHIPPING TO AN APO/FPO ADDRESS

Customers with an APO/FPO address: Please select "Ship to APO/FPO" as the shipping method and we will contact you in order to let you know your actual shipping quote. Usually we ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) to all APO/FPO addresses.

Delivery time to APO/FPO addresses:

Priority Mail - It will take between 10 to 15 days.

Parcel Post - It will take around 24 days.



SHIPPING TO CANADA

Customers in Canada: Please select "UPS Standard to Canada" as the shipping method and we will contact you in order to let you know your actual shipping quote.

Delivery time to Canada:

UPS Standard to Canada - It will take between 3 to 6 days.

There might be a customs tax added to your order, you will know this amount until the package is delivered to your customs office.



SHIPPING TO EUROPE

Customers in Europe: Please select "Ship to Europe" as the shipping method and we will contact you in order to let you know your actual shipping quote. Usually we ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) to Europe.

OUR RETURN POLICY

Mifiesta.com will accept returns of unopened products for up to 30 days after you have received them for a full refund of the original purchase price (not including original shipping fee).

We will not accept any returns on already opened items.

Once we receive your items we will issue a refund in the form of a credit to your credit card.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and the purchaser will pay for return shipping. No product returns will be accepted after 30 days.



CREDIT CARDS THAT Mifiesta.com ACCEPTS

We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Discover, Visa and Mastercard. Every time you order, please be sure to provide your correct billing address. Your billing address is the address where your credit card statements are mailed to.

Your credit card will be bill until your order actually ships or is ready to be shipped. The charge will appear as Mi Fiesta.com if you place the order on-line.
